Brand new 6 week course. FITcamp is not simply turning up and exercising. We will teach you and more importantly coach you to help you achieve a goal, a dream, a body shape or a fitness level that until this point has seemed impossible to attain!

WEIGHTS4WOMEN

A fantastic 6 week course that will change the shape of your body, speed up weight loss and improve your posture. The course will educate you on the benefits of weight training and working with our highly skilled instructors will give you the motivation and knowledge to improve your workouts. Whilst using all the latest training methods the plan will help you tone those stubborn areas. You will be amazed at the difference 6 weeks can make!

4D TRAINING SESSIONS

Bridging the gap between group fitness classes and one-to-one Personal Training, 4D Training provides a measurable, results-focused training programme in a group gym environment with our experienced health and fitness coaches. Each session with push you to your maximum capabilities with proven training methods.

Our fantastic 4D Training programme provides drop in sessions on a voucher scheme.
